The view
We had plenty of room for 3 adults and a 1 year old. It was secluded enough for privacy. Overlooking the bay was great, watching eagles daily, flock of geese landing one morning was great and the moon was beautiful.
Wonderful place in an ideal location. We absolutely loved our stay here. Close to the less busy side of Acadia, but even our drives onto MDI weren't bad. We just didn't go at peak traffic times and had no issues at all. Path down to the shore is a bit overgrown and could use a little trimming but didn't stop us from spending a lot of time down there. Would absolutely recommend. It's one of our favorite places we've stayed. (Quick aside, the fireplace is not usable. That's on us for assuming that since there was one and the information about the area included where to get firewood it would be usable, but just fyi).
